PROCEEDS SUPPORT SURVIVORS OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING

What if you gave yourself one day to think differently about your life?

We spend so much of our lives becoming.

Becoming successful.

Becoming a leader.

Becoming an entrepeneur.

Becoming a parent, partner, caretaker, problem-solver, achiever.

We learn how to push through.

How to accomplish.

How to take care of the people around us.

How to keep moving.

And somewhere along the way, it's surprisingly easy to lose touch with the person underneath all of it.

Who am I now?
Who do I really want?
What is actually dictating my choices in life?
Am I defining success, or is success defining me?
How do I want to show up for myself, my family, and my community?
What could the next 10 years of my life look like?

and perhaps the biggest question:

Who am I choosing to become?

That's why we created EMERGE.

EMERGE is an intimate, experiential day designed to give you something that can be incredibly difficult to create in the middle of a full life.

Space.

Space to step outside of the constant doing.

Space to turn down the noise around you.
Space to notice what's happening within you.
Space to reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have gotten quieter as your life got bigger.
And space to become intentional about what comes next.

There can be a lonely side to
achievement

When you're an entrepenuer, leader, parent, or the person others depend on, you become very good at being capable.

You solve the problem.

You make the decision.

You carry the responsibility.

You keep moving.

People can see everythning you've accomplished without necessarily seeing everything you're carrying.

And you can be surrounded by people who love you and still feel, at times, surprisingly alone.

Because being needed isn't the same thing as being known.

Being successful isn't the same as feeling fulfilled.

And being surrounded by people isn't always the same as feeling deeply seen and connected.

Sometimes we become so focused on what everyone else needs from us that we stop asking what we need form ourselves..

EMERGE creates space to change that..

To know yourself more deeply.

To understand your patterns instead of simply repeating them.

To feel what is happening in your body instead of immediately reacting to it.

To trust your own intuition.

To become more honest about what you want.

To feel seen, known, and loved by yourself first - and to allow that deeper relationship with yourself to enrich your relationships with the people who matter most.

THE EMERGE JOURNEY

Four movements through one day

REMEMBER > KNOW > CHOOSE > BECOME

MOVEMENT ONE

REMEMBER

Before deciding who you want to become, reconnect with the essence of who you already are.

Beneath the roles.

Beneath the expectations.

Beneath the accomplishments.

Beneath the experiences, beliefs, and patterns that have shaped you.

Which parts are truly you? Which parts did you learn in order to succeed, belong, protect yourself, or become what someone else needed? And which parts are you ready to reconsider?

MOVEMENT TWO

KNOW

Knowing yourself isn't only an intellectual exercise. Our bodies often recognize what's happening within us long before our minds have found words for it.

Throughout EMERGE, you'll explore your emotions, intuition, physical responses, and recurring patterns - learning to notice what happens inside you before automatically reacting to what's happening around you.

That awareness gives us something incredibly valuable: time and space

Space between feeling and reacting.

Space between being triggered and responding.

Space between fear and decision.

Space between an old pattern and a new choice.

And within that space, we begin to know ourselves differently.

MOVEMENT THREE

CHOOSE

Awareness creates choice.

What stays?

What are you ready to release?

Which relationships deserve more of your presence?

What deserves less of your energy?

What do you want your work to feel like?

What do you want your relationships to feel like?

What do you want your life to feel like?

And if your decisions were no longer

Choosing is an act of power. It requires saying no to many good things to say yes to the right things. This is where intention meets action.

MOVEMENT FOUR

BECOME

You've done the deep work. Now we integrate.

How do you take the insights from the day and translate them into a sustainable rhythm for your life?

We will develop:

  • Daily practices
  • Weekly rhythms
  • Monthly checks
  • Non-negotiable boundaries
  • A personalized map for the next 90 days

The true value of EMERGE isn't what happens in the room. It's who you become when you leave. You will walk out with a practical, actionable plan.

This isn't a day of sitting and
listening to speakers.

EMERGE is a highly interactive experience.

We go on journeys through different movements that use normal everyday activities, elevated to bring deeper perspective.

We will sit in groups with thoughtful prompts, move and engage with others around the room, explore big concepts, hear short perspective-shifting talks, go for a walk outside, and sip wine on the porch with new friends.

We will ask the kind of questions that take us beneath the surface to explore:

What do I want the next chapter of my life
to look and feel like?

Four perspectives. One intentional journey.

We've designed the day to unfold through the experiences and wisdom of our four incredible guides.

Keri Shull is an entrepreneur, leader, and founder of Heart Healer, a nonprofit created around her belief that when we heal ourselves, we expand our capacity to love, connect with, and give to others.

Through intentional reflection and guided exercises, Kari creates a safe container for profound personal discovery.

After more than two decades building and leading successful businesses, Keri became increasingly curious about a different kind of growth:The growth that happens within us.

Her own journey has led her deeply into exploring trauma, energy, intuition, relationships, purpose, and the patterns that shape who we become. And it has changed the questions she’s asking Not simply:

What can I accomplish next? But:

Who are you ready to become?
Where do you want to go?
What are you holding onto that you need to let go of?

Who is EMERGE for?

EMERGE is intentionally intimate, for those looking for a community and space to reflect, reset, and re-anchor themselves in their values together. Our days often keep us running fast, hoping we can stay ahead.

EMERGE is a place to step off that treadmill, take a breath, look around, and choose your direction.

The questions we ask at EMERGE resonate:

Am I making my career the only thing I'm aiming toward?

Why am I consistently feeling tired?

What if I wanted something else for my career?

Why does reaching the goals I set for myself not bring me peace?

Is this what success is?

What if I have more potential within me that I'm not using?

Who do I most deeply desire to become in the next 10 years of my life?

How do I make this transition?

Who am I beyond what I do?

You don't need to arrive with the answers.
That's why we're gathering.

The people in the room are part of the experience.

We've intentionally kept this intimate, curating the room so that you're surrounded by peers — other high-capacity individuals.

Therapists
Educators
Founders
Entrepreneurs
C-suite executives

Because we step away from traditional networking to engage in deeper, more meaningful conversations, we ensure everyone in the room shares a similar level of responsibility and impact.

Small business owners
People dealing with grief
People going through major life transitions
Those navigating burnout from leadership
Anyone carrying the weight of a team or vision

Healing shouldn't stop with ourselves

EMERGE is intentionally priced below typical business retreats. We've kept overhead low and chosen a venue that reflects our values over luxury so we could make this day as accessible as possible.

For this first event, your cost is just your ticket plus whatever it takes for you to get to Grand Rapids. Once we hit 100 people at our inaugural event, the price will go up for future iterations.

$349

Includes your EMERGE experience, lunch & snacks, coffee & tea all day, and a workbook to guide our day together. As an added bonus, it includes your 1st year (a $99 value) of our community platform where the conversations continue. You will be sent an invitation closer to the event.

We currently have spots remaining, but expect this event to sell out.

Give yourself five hours.

No phones.
No emails.
No to-do lists.
Just you.

And a journal.
A pen.
A chair.
A quiet space.
And some time.

You spend so much of your life giving your
attention to what needs you. For five hours,
give some of that attention to yourself.

EMERGE

An intensive with your life. Classes only you can take.
